Interior / Exterior Photography
There is no limit as to how many photos we deliver. You will always receive as many fully edited photos as we take. All editing is done in house and never sent off to an editing service.

Video Tours
Statistics show that a video tour should be between a minute and a minute and a half, however, some properties need just a little more. We do not cap our video time limits or charge additional fees for longer video tours. We also offer agent guided tours, where an agent will either appear on camera or provide a voice over for the viewers. See Our Channel Here

Aerial Photography and Video
Aerial views of a property can help tell more about the overall acreage or location. Even if a home is located on a small lot, sometimes being able to see the area around the property can help sell the home.

Bundle Packages
When you need more than just photos, video or aerials. Combining services is a great way to list your properties. You also don’t have to pay a la carte prices when bundling services for your appointment.

Matterport 3D Tours
3D tours can be a useful tool for prospective buyers to see the layout of a home if they are not able to see it in person. Matterport tours have the option for an additional floor plan layout to help buyers envision their space (actual dimensions may vary to actual measurements). Zillow 3D Home Tours have less tour points and included options.

Virtual Staging
Using the power of AI, we are able to create a realistic virtually staged space for your listings to showcase the possibilities of a vacant property. These images are used best in conjunction with the original photo showing the “blank space” of a room.

Twilight & Weekends
Twilight sessions and weekends are scheduled by calling or texting only. In many cases, twilight photo sessions in the Rochester, NY area can be tricky. This is why we also offer a virtual twilight option. As long as we know where the exterior lighting is set up, we can create stunning virtual twilight images for you.

Photo Retouching
Dried out grass and gloomy skies can make exterior photos look drab and unappealing. In most cases, we are able to convert all your gray skies to beautiful blue skies and brown grass into lush green landscapes.
Blown out windows can also be a problem for interiors. We will bring back the view of the outside world you would normally see from the inside of a home.
